Liability Limitation
Sample submission to Reed Laboratories or its assayers constitutes an irrevocable agreement with purchaser and all persons viewing data that the Assayer is not responsible for investor loss and the entire liability of Reed Laboratories, and its officers, owners, assayers, employees, agents and associates, arising from all acts, errors, and omissions, shall be limited to $20.00 per sample, with data user to assume all other risks and liabilities. Reed Laboratories, and its officers, owners, assayers, employees, agents and associates, shall have no other liability, obligation or responsibility of any kind for losses, costs, expenses or other damages, including without limitation special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether disclosed to us in advance or foreseeable, and regardless of circumstance.
