The Peaceful Center offers stress management CDs for corporations, groups and individuals. We also perform workshops in Sequim, Washington that teach focused meditation techniques for relaxing the mind and body.
We write and sell highly effective guided imagery CDs for Stress management, and specific wellness issues.
You can learn how we use an effective process called guided imagery as the basis of the Stress Management in our CDs.
