The Peaceful Center (TPC) is committed to respecting your privacy. We've constructed our web site so that you can visit and review information about TPC without identifying yourself or disclosing any personal information. If you do decide to provide us with any personally identifiable information, you can be assured that it will only be used to enhance your relationship with TPC.
TPC has created this detailed privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to maintaining your privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for our web site, www.peacefulcenter.com.

Personally Identifiable Information

At this time, TPC does not ask it's visitors to register for any purpose other than for actual orders. Only acutal product orders require that you provide personally identifiable information.
TPC's policy is not to share any personally identifiable information you provide online with any other party, without your consent. There may be opportunities for you to participate in special programs by sharing data with business partners who you tell us are acting with you or on your behalf. Our site's Audio Tape order form requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address), and business/demographic information (like the site from which they learned of TPC). This information is used only for the following purposes:
To authorize, bill to and ship purchases
To get in touch with the customer when necessary (e.g., to provide after sales help)
From time to time, certain aggregated information may be shared with TPC customers or partners. This might include numbers like the total number of visotrs to the site in a given month, or the number of visitors that use a specific web browser. Under no circumstance is any personally identifiable information ever shared with organizations without previously securing your permission. Even after you have given TPC permission to share information with specific organizations, we always give you the opportunity to modify or discontinue that authorization. Certain financial information (like credit card numbers) is required for us to process a customer's order. Any financial information disclosed to us will be used only for the purpose of processing the order. No financial information obtained by us during the process of taking an order from a customer will be passed to any third-party, unless authorized in writing by the customer.

Client List Rental

We do not rent our client list to anyone for any reason.

Advertising

We do not accept paid advertising on our web site. We do not provide personally identifiable information about our customers or visitors to advertisers, without the customer or visitor's permission.

IP Addresses

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.

TPC does not make any claims or representations about the policies guiding such third-party web sites, including but not limited to the use of personally identifiable information, mailing list rental, advertising, IP addresses, cookies, and public forums.
