Extraordinary evenings of underwater media

 

Two acclaimed San Diego film organizations hosted on September 21st and September 22, 2003,  two outstanding evenings of digital films and slides at the San Diego Underwater Film Festival.  The Undersea Film Exhibition presented the winners of it Fourth International Competition, and SDUPS presented still image winners from its 34th Annual competition from UPS members.  Each evening’s unique program of short films and slide shows will utilize a state of the art large-format digital projection system.  I hope you were able to come and enjoy our artists’ visions of the colorful marine life large and small, from such exotic locales as the tropical waters of the Indo Pacific and Caribbean to the temperate waters of North America, and of course our own backyard, San Diego.
